About Kalaivani Logeshwaran

 

Kalaivani Logeshwaran is the creative force and visionary founder behind both PB Bakes and Kalais Baking School. Her journey began in 2019 when she launched PB Bakes as a home-based baking venture. With a passion for creating delectable treats and an unwavering commitment to quality, Kalaivani quickly built a loyal local following, even while operating exclusively offline.

In 2022, driven by her desire to share her expertise and inspire budding bakers, she expanded her vision by founding Kalais Baking School. Under her leadership, the school has flourished, growing to two thriving branches in Ashok Nagar and Ekkattuthangal. The school not only imparts essential baking techniques but also fosters creativity and innovation in every student.

Never one to rest on her laurels, Kalaivani’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to embrace the digital age. On March 14, 2025, after years of anticipation, PB Bakes made its long-awaited debut online, making her exquisite creations accessible to a wider audience and marking a significant milestone in her journey.

Today, Kalaivani Logeshwaran is celebrated for her relentless pursuit of excellence, her commitment to sustainable growth, and her passion for the art of baking. Through PB Bakes and Kalais Baking School, she continues to inspire and empower others, proving that with vision and determination, dreams can indeed become delicious realities.
